Choose your test
Pick chapters or NREMT practice, adjust your settings, and build a randomized exam.
Choose a test
Select one or several chapters. Goal: 100 original questions per chapter (4,100 total). Chapter-only bank: 1,909 textbook-aligned stems, unchanged in this release. The separate NREMT-style pool now contains 875 stems. Tests use available unique questions without repeats within a single attempt.
875-question independent NREMT-style pool. Questions sampled across assessment, treatment, safety, and operations domains, with emphasis on primary assessment. This independent NREMT-style pool is separate from the textbook chapter tests; textbook questions are only a fallback if an exam demands more items than the independent pool provides.
Optional topic-adaptive practice: if you miss a question, the app schedules different questions on that clinical topic later. It looks for two correct follow-up answers before clearing that weak area. The exam may grow by up to 20% (maximum 30 extra questions). Regular practice stays at the chosen length. This is not official NREMT adaptive testing or a pass prediction.

Settings & question imports
Import question banks or review provisional testing calibration data.
Import more questions
Import a JSON file containing an array of question objects with ch (1–41), q, opts (four strings), key (0–3), and why. Imported questions stay in this browser.
Patient Assessment Lab
Work through a call like your assessment sheets: SNNAC → GCLC–ABCD → SAMPLE/OPQRST → rapid trauma or focused medical exam → treatment/transport → reassessment → patient care report.
Written responses are self-checked against an instructor-style checklist, not AI-graded. All patients are fictional. Local scope/protocol and instructor skill sheets take priority.
Weak areas
Based on completed tests saved in this browser. Chapters with lower accuracy appear first. Complete an exam to start tracking.
